How do we collect your data?

Some data is provided by you, for example through contact forms, appointment bookings, or email. Other data is collected automatically when you visit the site, such as technical browser data and IP addresses in server log files.

What do we use your data for?

Some data is needed to provide the website reliably. Other data is used for reach measurement and to improve our services only if you have given consent.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to free information, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing, as well as data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Hosting

This website is hosted by an external provider. Personal data collected on this site is stored on the host's servers. Hosting is used to deliver our online services securely and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our host processes data only as needed and on our instructions.

Server log files

The provider automatically collects data your browser transmits, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free presentation).

Retention: Server log files are usually deleted within 7 days unless longer retention is required to investigate security incidents (then until the matter is closed).

Contact forms and enquiries

If you contact us by form, email, or phone, we store your details to handle the request. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient handling).

Retention: Enquiry data is deleted once handling is complete and no further follow-up is expected, at the latest after 12 months. Where statutory retention duties apply (e.g. commercial or tax law), the relevant statutory period applies.

Appointment booking (Google Calendar)

For appointments we use the Google Calendar API. Name, email address, phone number, and your message may be transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Retention: Appointment data is kept for scheduling and follow-up communication and deleted when the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention duties prevent deletion.

Analytics and usage statistics

We collect anonymised usage statistics (e.g. page views, time on page, interactions) only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Without consent, no tracking runs.

This may include pages viewed, timestamp, anonymised session ID, referrer, and technical browser data. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie widget or footer "Cookie settings" and save "Reject".

Retention: Analytics data is stored for up to 14 months, then deleted or anonymised. The consent record itself is stored for 12 months, after which consent is requested again.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses cookies and comparable technologies (localStorage).

Strictly necessary storage

Required for operation (e.g. cookie consent in localStorage under "trusify-cookie-consent"). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG.

Statistics (consent only)

Analytics features activate only after your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

Retention: Necessary consent storage: 12 months. Statistics session data: until session end or as stated above for analytics.

You can configure your browser to notify you about cookies. Disabling strictly necessary storage may limit functionality.

Fonts (local hosting)

We use the Archivo typeface. Font files are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to Google or other font CDNs. No personal data is sent to third parties for fonts.

SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise a secure connection by the lock icon in the browser bar and "https://" in the address bar.

Retention overview

Unless a specific period is named below, we keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose, then delete or anonymise it unless statutory retention applies.

  • Server log files: usually max. 7 days
  • Contact and enquiry data: until handling is complete, max. 12 months
  • Appointments: for scheduling and follow-up
  • Analytics data (consent only): max. 14 months
  • Cookie consent: 12 months
